Participation<\/span><\/h3>\n

Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product. However, the competition is conducted for commercial purposes and is funded through advertising and the use of participants\u2019 personal data, as outlined in Section 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eligible participants are individuals of legal age and capacity who reside or are permanently domiciled in <\/span>Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Switzerland<\/b>. Participants must be located in one of these regions at the time of entry. Employees of PrimeWorks Media LLC and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each participant may only register once and submit a single entry per competition round. Multiple registrations are not permitted. Participation requires complete and accurate personal data. Incomplete or incorrect information will lead to disqualification. Participants must also consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with <\/span>Section 7 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Use of Personal Data for Advertising Purposes & Right to Object<\/span><\/h3>\n

By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal data for advertising purposes. This includes use by the sponsors of the competition, who may personalize and tailor advertising based on the participant\u2019s data.<\/span><\/p>\n

PrimeWorks Media LLC reserves the right to use participants\u2019 postal addresses for direct marketing. Data will only be shared with sponsors where necessary for these purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants may object to the use of their data at any time. If an objection is made before the drawing, the participant will be excluded from the competition. Further information on the right to object can be found in our <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Validity of Entries<\/span><\/h3>\n

To validate participation, users must activate their account via a confirmation link sent by email after registration. Clicking this link also serves as a <\/span>double opt-in<\/b> to subscribe to the newsletter.<\/span><\/p>\n

An entry is only considered valid once a confirmation screen is displayed. Modifications after submission are not possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Game Mechanics<\/span><\/h3>\n

Participants must either select their numbers manually or use the random number generator provided by PrimeWorks Media LLC. Additional gameplay details and entry deadlines are outlined in the individual competition rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prizes<\/span><\/h3>\n

Information about prize categories, reward tiers, and the payout of the main prize is provided in the specific competition terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notification and Payout<\/span><\/h3>\n

Winners will be notified via email. The main prize will only be paid out upon presentation of valid identification and a completed prize claim form. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n

If a winner does not respond within <\/span>two months<\/b> of being notified, the prize will be forfeited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exclusion from the Competition<\/span><\/h3>\n

PrimeWorks Media LLC reserves the right to exclude participants for legitimate reasons. Grounds for exclusion include false information, multiple registrations, or violation of these participation terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/h3>\n

Liability on the part of PrimeWorks Media LLC is limited to statutory provisions. In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Final Provisions<\/span><\/h3>\n

The competition is governed by the laws of the <\/span>State of Wyoming, USA<\/b>. Legal recourse is excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Should any individual provision of these conditions be deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.<\/span><\/p>\n
